I’m happy with the service and haven’t missed a game or been inconvenienced by the impasse with DISH or Comcast. Don’t know why I should get tix.

  @DuhChuskies @RycroftMark @jbing03 I think the gift card offered by DIRECTV would pay your cancellation fee. Also, if you retain your WIFI service, Comcast has been waiving the cancellation fee. WiFi is dramatically more profitable for them.

  @comcastbusiness has the worst support for businesses. We have an outage with a bad modem at our church and Comcast - the local Orlando area - keeps declining a tech visit ticket from the Comcast Corporate office. Subpar equipment and nonexistent service.
